Postage and packaging (NZ):
I use Post Haste Couriers, Fastway Couriers and NZ Post for deliveries. All my deliveries are by Courier which allows for Tracking. With the increased costs of sending packages to a Rural address I would recommend advising a Non-Rural address for delivery if possible. Post Box Deliveries will be by Standard Post.
All orders will be sent within 24 hours from receipt of payment. Orders placed after 3pm Friday and on weekends will be sent on the next working day. Customers are most welcome to pick up items instead of having them posted.

International Shipping charges will vary based on weight and country of destination. Please contact us for the most up-to-date shipping costs and we will be happy to workout the most effective delivery method for you.
** Please note that your order may be subject to additional charges for duties and taxes by the destination country, these charges are beyond our control. Any applicable taxes or duty are to be paid by the recipient of the package.
Sizing information is provided as a guide only, the actual fit can differ. I find most dance shoes are a smaller fit to street shoes. If you are unsure of sizing then I suggest tracing the dancer’s foot on a piece of paper and measuring from the back of the heel to the longest toe. This measurement in cm should coincide with the measurement provided next to the dance item required.
If the fit is not right I am more than happy to exchange as per the returns policy.
Except for SALE items which will only be refunded if faulty, we will offer an exchange or refund providing the following has been met:-
- The items are returned within 14 days of purchase
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- The original docket is provided as proof of purchase
- If the product is faulty we will repair within 14 days however if irreparable we will replace or refund.

Customers are most welcome to come for a personalised fitting. I am flexible and more than happy to fit in with busy schedules. I offer a 7-day service but to ensure that I am available and don’t double book customers it is best to make an appointment. Please contact Marie on 029 249 8949 to arrange an appointment.
In the event we are temporarily out of stock of an item that you ordered you will be notified immediately. You will have the option to either cancel your order or wait for the new stock. I will always advise how long this will take.
