Our Refund Policy:
Except for SALE items which will only be refunded if faulty, we will offer an exchange or refund providing the following has been met:-
1. The items are returned within 14 days of purchase
2. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
3. The original docket is provided as proof of purchase
4. If the product is faulty we will repair within 14 days however if irreparable we will replace or refund.

Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty in which shipping costs will be full refunded.
When returning an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service ie NZ Post Track & Trace.
